BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
- To confirm the reservation, you will only pay an advance payment of US$50 American Dollars per person, you can pay with any card through a payment link, Western Union or Bank Transfer. We will send you an email confirming your reservation from info@curassowlodge.com.
- You can pay the balance at our office in Iquitos, we accept payments in cash, cards and bank transfers (without extra commissions).
- Advance payment is non-refundable because this is a one-time experience and we have limited Bungalows, it is important that our rooms are fully booked. But you can change the date of your excursion as many times as necessary, for health reasons or other serious reasons.
- In the event that the traveler shortens the days of their stay in the Lodge, there is no refund for unused days.
CHANGES AND PENALTIES
- Change of Tour and start date is allowed, without penalty up to 30 days before the scheduled date. These changes are subject to availability.
- Change of passenger name is allowed up to 7 days before the date. For the change to be effective, you must send the personal information indicated in the Reservations and Cancellations point.
